Feel free to friend request. I need more people who are actually active in my friends list. I also am a work from home mom of two. Have 41 lbs left to lose of 58. Have a mini goal to lose 1 lb/wk at least until my vaca in June. I always plateau so am gonna need the motivation to make it happen.

SW:208 CW: 204.4 Loss: 0.2 GW: 152 I weigh-in Fridays. Averaging about a pound a wk. Really wish it were 2 lbs/wk but I only have myself to blame. Not exercising daily and not tracking is not helpful. Gonna do better this new wk.

I have been so bad with water intake. Even when I try, I still manage to make only 6 waters.

SW:208 CW: 204.6 GW: 152 Happy with 3.5 lb loss.. Actually tracked most days this week. Got outside as much as possible. Stayed away from deserts. It's harder to track on the weekends because food and beverage intake varies wildly. Hopefully I can keep it up through a not so busy week when food just calls to me.

Yes please. Would love to join. I need to lose 50lbs and need some supportive people to keep me on track. 208 starting weight (5/11/20) 153 goal weight Going to try to exercise everyday and cutting bread products seems to work too. Just hard with the family home and munching all the time.
