thanks ladies, hearing other peoples stories always helps because then at least you know your not the only one going hough things like this. and Karen i cant imagine how hard it would be to lose a child, you must be a very strong women to still be out living your llife.

my advice would be to go workout for a little while and then eat a healthy dinner as well. skipping a meal is not a good option just because you made a mistake. and if you go over your calorie goal once it isnt going to make or break you. try eating a salad with a little chicken on it for dinner maybe.
