After reading through all the posts, some good and some, useless... This seemed to sum it up for me. Just knowing what is in the food I am eating. Fresh fruit, greens, grains, minus the processed foods.

Green tea in excess caused issues for me. I found out by tracking new food additions. One cup good, any more. Bad!

I use a sports detergent made for the wicking material. My dd had a uniform that no matter how soon or what it was washed in had an odor. I soaked it in the detergent, then washed. Now I just use it as a maintenance, not for every wash since it rather expensive but did the job.

My approach has been to change the way we all eat, not just me... At home I cook, you eat what I make. Therefore, grilled chicken, lean meats turkey bacon etc. I have found lower calorie sauces etc. I love to eat just The unhealthy processed stuff.

I use slimfast for the days I don't hAve time to eat lunch or didn't make up my lunch. Normally I plan out my meals on my MFP AND STICK TO THEM
