I bought a gel seat for my seat & it's sooo much better. Was really cheap too & just fits over the top of the saddle.

I have a pannier bag that I bought from Argos (uk) & its fab. I carry all of my gym gear, plus any shopping I need. Plus it has come in handy on bike rides with my Family (for picnics & juice)

Thanks all for you replies & all of the fab info. I have been eating a fair bit of rubbish, so think I will start to make better choices. I want to lose roughly 2 stone (ish) No I don't wear a heart rate monitor. I know I work hard though & my heart rate is so high at the moment, so am working on getting that down too.…

My calf measurement is 17 inches! They are all muscle though. They've always been like it. I am hoping they will slender down a little though with exercise.
