I don't know if all of the carbs are accurate. They seem to be because I have to count carbs for Type 2. My right side is like that from a car accident I was in several years ago. Physical Therapy helped, and the chiropractor was able to help it as well. I take Metformin for Type 2 Diabetes. It seems to have helped the weight come off easier, and I have had the GI issues. (Not enough to stop taking it though.

Sounds like they're a tad bit jealous of you. If someone told me I might blow away I'd probably take that as a compliment. My dh is on Prednisone for Sarcoidosis. They tried cutting him down but he got worse and he's back on really high doses. You seem to be drinking quite a few calories with Kool-Aid, Lemonade, and Sweet Tea. You could probably save yourself some calories if you switched to water. MFP just made it easier for me to keep track of everything. Before I found MFP I was trying to keep track of everything in a notebook. This way it's much easier and much more encouraging!:flowerforyou: I did lower my calorie intake to less than what MFP says though.

I don't like chunks in my food-if I eat a sauce it has to be chunk free. (Spagetti Sauce cannot have hunks of tomato in it.)
