Yep guys can be pretty disrespectful. I have to admit women are much smoother and know how to plan a look, get everything you need in .25 seconds and be on your way before el hombre even noticed you were checking him out. We on the other hand need 5-10 seconds to glare inorder to be satisfied :laugh:

From the location it seems like it could be also be sciatica. If you've been running or doing alot of stair activity or even walking on inclines you may get a flare up of the piriformis muscle which usually lies on top of the sciatic nerve. This could cause irritation also of the sciatic nerve.

Eating plan....I don't need no stinking eating plan :tongue: Seriously I have deviated from the program in this area, I've been cutting back carbs and eating more whole grains and raw fruits/veggies. I'm in phase II and am trying to do better. Let me know how power 90 does for you. Take care

Heavier weights + lower reps (8-10) = bulk (ideal for power lifters and those desiring to put on mass) Lighter weights + higher reps (12-15) = sculp lean muscle mass Drop the weight and increase the reps or do weightless activities like lunges.

It is fine and yes you can drink too much water. You are no where near that though. I actually read that we should drink our body weight in ounces a day. That seemed a bit far fetched though, so again don't sweat going over the 64oz. It just may have you running a big more to and from the John :happy:

When it is a strength workout, we need to do it in the general gym area. But for other workouts, like kenpo, Yoga, Plyo, depending on the day, we use the aerobic studio if it is free. Sometimes, though, we have no choice but to do it in plain view. But people are very curious and we sometimes do have to stop and explain.…

Let's see i'm in week 5 of p90x and: - I've lost ~5 lbs - gained strength - lost a total of about 2 inches from waist/stomach I'm getting much better with the diet aspect too, I have no choice but to BRING IT!!!

LOL, I want my scale to do the moan and groan. It never amazes me that I can be 1 pound lighter fully clothed. I wonder who makes the most accurate scales and are you better with analog vs digital.
