I am a 38DDD and I order mine from Lane Bryant. They are based on Bra Size.

I bake mine in zesty italian dressing. Kids always ask for seconds. This is a favorite meal for camping. We will put baked potatoes in one crock pot and the chicken in a second crock pot. Throw on a veggie when we get back to camper and voila great meal.

I wear a 38ddd so I understand what you mean. I went to a running store and purchased an Enell sports bra. It is the first sports bra I have found that gives the support that I need. It controls the girls with no bounce and no pain.

I was a complete non runner. Hated it and got very winded if I tried. I started C25K. The one thing that helped me the most was to focus on endurance first and not speed. Nt sure why an armband is not an option but I have the same phone. I use an armband for my runs but I have a band that you can wear around your waist that has a pouch for your phone

Hang in there it will get better. I started 30ds and did it 5 straight days. Then I decided to take one day off which turned into 4 but I am back at it and I know you will be too

Get an enell sports bra. I am rather well endowed up top and cheap sports bras from walmart do nothing for me. I bought an enell and it gives all the support you need while holding "things" still so they dont hurt

My mother I am suffer for the same disease. People almost think its in your head sometimes the way the vertigo hits but we know how real it is. One thing that helped my mom immensely was a shunt in her ear. It might be worth checking into.

I know exactly what you mean. I was there just a week or 2 ago. For me I joined a weight loss challenge and got my hubby running with me and helping hold me accountable. I also made running a game. I use Zombies run and it entertains me as I run. Hope that helps
