Hello, everyone, well i am almost done with week one on LMP/LMC , i love it so far , i am hoping to lose at least 15 to 20 pounds , anyone ever do it and what were ur results, hope ur having a blessed day

Today is my last workout since i took 2 days off, i have not taken after pics yet due to being bloated , the scale has definitely went up , so i will weigh in on saturday and take my pics then, i think i will start My LMP/LMC on the 1st , hope u guys had a great weekend

Hey guys , i was stuck at the same weight for 4 weeks and sometimes it would even go up, so this week i tried drinking more water , and the weight is finally coming back down , now i am averaging about 14 cups of water a day SW 140.0 Week 10 134.8

Last week 140.0 This week 138.0 I was 136.3 on saturday but i just started a new workout program so i could be just my muscles retaining water , i also lifted weights yesterday , hope it goes back down , hope u ladies having a fantastic monday :flowerforyou:

I'm back, back at home and ready to get back on track , gained a couple of pounds , food choices were horrible and i felt like crap everyday, , will be eating lots of protein and drinking tons of water, hope u guys have a fantastic weekend :flowerforyou:

I did good on the water and had apple slices, will defintely get on those pushups, i am also doing turbo fire and love it, is my go to workout, i will be starting Supreme 90 and will also incorporate turbo fire wth it, hope u guys are having a fab thrusday :flowerforyou:
