you can check my food and exercise for the week.. check the dates around Aug 10th to see what i did. This is the time I really started to notice a change i was eating about 1800-2300 cals a day. alot of protein shakes and lite snack like nuts and fruit. and I was also very active. i was playing basket ball at lunch time…
