With the help with Myfitnesspal I was able to lose 50 lbs sense Feb.

    for the images to show go back and change all the to[img]for some reason the coding is case sensitive here :) hehe you did ... OKAY Looking at pics now brb[/img]

    Great Job - you look fantastic! Quite inspirational - makes me even more determined to stick with it. I can't wait until I have before/after pics that look like that. I started around 230 as well, though I have a bit more to lose since I'm vertically challenged. :tongue:
