Oh definatly.... I do yoga poses on it and push ups but I get a better burning muscle sensation when using the machine. Than just doing the regular poses. My regular push ups I have issues with due to the (feels like ) millions I have done in the military. I get a nice POP sound when doing regular push ups.

Yeah the main reason I got it is after my term in the US ARMY I left with some serious injuries... The soldier side of me says oh you will be ok do PT anyway .... Then I later regret it . As far as cost this one is only 100$ on amazon.com. I have wasted more $$ on Force Factor supliments.

Oh I do have one its tracked by my Droid phone but just like weight lifting your heart rate doesnt fluxuate that much even though you are still burning calories and building muscle.

The HRM is normal 98 , but the burning sensation in my legs, Arms, Chest, Back, Glut, have to mean some calories are bing burned right???

You do other exercises while using the machine... So would I just add more calories burned to the exercise I am doing?

LOL well I am sure the more perverted users could find other uses for this I wouldnt suggest it on the Higher settings it would be more painful than enjoyable.
