Yeah the main reason I got it is after my term in the US ARMY I left with some serious injuries... The soldier side of me says oh you will be ok do PT anyway .... Then I later regret and as far as cost this one is only 100$ on amazon.com. I have wasted more $$ on Force Factor supliments.

You got a great deal on it! I figured you plunked down like 500-2000$
You know what I'd use it and not count it as anything. Do your regular workouts (additional to this machine) and count anything the vibration can do for you as a bonus.

I can't imagine just standing on one and having it work. I've worked out on a Power Plate a few times. To do that you can do squats, arm, shoulder and back lifts with weights or push ups (arms on plate, feet on a level foot stool).

Oh definatly.... I do yoga poses on it and push ups but I get a better burning muscle sensation when using the machine. Than just doing the regular poses. My regular push ups I have issues with due to the (feels like ) millions I have done in the military. I get a nice POP sound when doing regular push ups.

The HRM is normal 98 , but the burning sensation in my legs, Arms, Chest, Back, Glut, have to mean some calories are bing burned right???

No, at least, not significantly. The burning comes from how your body is getting energy to do the work, not how much work you're body is doing. Soreness occurs when you've depleted your muscle cell's glycogen and oxygen supplies and they have to start functioning anaerobically. That's good, because the more you work out to that point and beyond, you signal your body to store more of those substances, and your muscles become more efficient (you become more fit). But it doesn't burn more calories while you're working out.

The benefit, what there is (which is probably over hyped at least a little) is similar to using a stability ball- you're engaging more muscles than usual to perform an exercise. The result are more long term in that you build more muscle while working out (not burn more more fat). And that extra muscle is what burns fat consistently throughout the day, not just when you're working out.
