I go even if Im sore, working out actually usually helps and makes the soreness go away faster. But maybe ill just do a little less time at the gym if I am really sore like 40 minutes insttead of an hour or something

just stick with it and you will see results. keep counting, keep exercising and don't give up. It is hard especially at first to stop eating like you used to but it does get easier. It may only be 1-2lbs a week but the scale will keep going down with time. you can do it!

I did no carb for 3 days when I started to get serious about weight loss again, it was great i loss a few pounds but really it got my energy up and got me motivated, now Im back to low calorie. It is great for a jump start but it is something that at least for me would be very difficult to keep up long term.

Oh don't be so hard on the kid! Good for you! Doing it young is the way to go and now that you know what it takes I am confident you will be able to get it off and keep it off. It does get harder with age (especially for us ladies) but we should all be proud of you for your sucess, great job!

I use aunt mllies lo cal potato bread, only 35 calories a slice! with chicken lunch meat: 50 cal, banana peppers, and a piece of Kraft 2% milk pepper jack cheese:45 calories for a good sanwhich with only 165 calories!

feel your pain... with the stationary bike I usually check my email and stuff and listen to music. The elliptical and listen to music and watch the TV at the gym. But its still boring... Zumba is the only cardio I have found that doesnt seem to take forever bc it is actually fun
