Thank you unfortunate due to gluten intolerance most grains are out :/ I can do rice and corn based but nothing wheat based. I added peanut butter today, I'm not crazy about it but it helped me at least add some calories. I don't know how I could ever hit 2000calories a day which I guess is what I'm supposed to eat I hope…

I am aiming for around a 100lb loss total about halfway there and no excess skin. I believe because we are young as long as the weight is lost in a healthy slow way it shouldn't become a problem

There is no way an online calculator for body fat can be accurate. I wouldn't worry about that number. But if you are interested in your body fat % talk to your doctor they may be able to test it for you or some gyms have this service as well

It is really whatever works for you! But I personally weigh everyday, but I have also come to terms with the fact that I can go up 2lbs some days of just water. It is fine to weigh everyday as long as you don't get upset if there are slight ups and downs.
