Thanks everyone... I'm going to sit down and write out a diet/fitness plan this afternoon after work. I may need some assitance, so I may contact some of you! I have an OMRON Pedometer... the most basic kind. It doesn't count calories, but they do offer some that do. I'm actually looking to upgrade and I think I'll go with OMRON... they're a decent price, not too expensive... also good quality... also size-wise, they are small and convenient. I think I'll try the smaller portions thing - eating off a smaller side plate instead of a big dinner plate. That sounds like a wonderful idea! Thanks for the tip! :)
