MFP has been having sync issues with Garmin for months. Its extremely frustrating. Not sure if anyone is working on the problem.

Ran it Sunday, Virginia Beach. Had a Blast. Will do it again.

Day 19 level 3, missed 2 days this weekend but quickly got back into it. Weight still not dropping but waiste line slowly shrinking.

My Fitbit adjustments are always lower than what MFP tells me I should get. I stopped logging in my excercise on MFP and only take the Fitbit adjustment. To me less is better. The less I earn, the less apt I will be to eat more.

I use sports tape and tape up my arches when I run. Helps alot.

My Son and I are running the Color me RAD in Virginia Beach this November. First time.

Day 13 Today, been on level 2 since Day 8. Weight has not changed but waist had dropped a 1/2 inch. One question though, I see some folks are taking rest days.... How often and are you supposed to, I have been doing it every day. A rest day would be nice.

Day 7, I started on 8/30. Level 1. Chest was really hurting after the first day of push-ups, better now though. Yesturday was the first day I could do the Scissor crunches for the full time without stopping. No dramatic visible results yet. Only weighing in on Sundays. Hope to make the move to level 2 this weekend. Good…

Today will be day 5. Nothing noticable yet. A little sore in the chest from the push-ups. Scissor crunches kicking my butt. Going to try and move to level 2 this weekend. Still squeezing in a run and/or ellipticle bike each day as well.

I started getting joint pain when running. My wife bought me a StreetStrider for Christmas last year. Great no impact workout. Fun too.

I would say MFP. I ride an ellipticle bike (StreetStrider), at 12 miles an hour, I burn about 14 calories a minute. Thats 840 an hour.
