There isn't any way any of us can tell you. Food scales are pretty cheap and readily available at Walmart, Target, and other big box stores.

Maybe take a break for awhile? Eat at maintenance and instead of formal exercise, just stay active with your kid(s). Go to the park, go for walks, go swimming, etc. Give yourself a time limit, like to stay on maintenance through the summer, and then get back to it.

I never have, but I did knock my husband's phone out of his hand and it somehow landed in the toilet. He wasn't standing in a way that made that possible, so I'm saying it was karma.

I bought a pint on sale one time, tried a bite, and it sat in my freezer for months before I just threw it away. It's gross. Just save yourself the money and suck on ice cubes. Those taste better.
