Usually on the label, it will say serving size 1/2 cup (xxx grams). What I do is weigh out the grams, but when I log it, I log 1/2 cup.

I use Songza playlists. I've got several that I rotate through depending on my mood. I did have a classic rock one that I had to stop using when lifting because it's really really difficult to sing and concentrate on what I'm doing. :smile:

Meh. I'm almost always the fattest person at the gym. Doesn't bother me. Go in, do your thing, and don't worry about anyone else. Can almost guarantee that they aren't worrying about you.

I pull mine out the night before when I pack my lunch and then heat at work so they're usually mostly thawed. You can heat them directly out of the freezer though. :smile:

I'm not sure how long they're good in the freezer. I just do a week at a time for my husband and myself and they're fine. I used La Tortilla Factory low carb whole wheat tortillas this time. Each burrito is around 300 calories but that will vary based on what you put in it and what tortilla you use.

I've been making my own frozen breakfast burritos. Takes about 30 minutes to make several. Just roll them, wrap in plastic wrap, and throw them in the freezer. To heat, remover plastic wrap and microwave for 1-2 ish minutes. You can use whatever filling you want.

I don't workout in the morning anymore (except maybe a light cardio dvd when I can drag my lazy *kitten* out of bed) but I used to workout fasted. I'll have a glass of water or two but that's it. Like Lishie, I don't like doing cardio when I have food in my belly. With weights, I try not to eat anything an hour and a half…

Cages are definitely the tricky part. I don't have room for one, but I still scope CL for them. I think I've found one in my area in the year and a half that I've been looking and maybe 3 in surrounding areas.
