You might want to try wearing your regular bra and then putting a sports bra on over it. I'm large chested (40 DD, hoping it changes at least a little bit with weight loss). The added support helps a bunch and the girls really do stay put:)

I joined because I want to take advantage of everything available to me so I can be successful in my weight loss goals. I still have about 34 lbs to loose. I want to get there! Can't wait!

Stick with it. You will build your endurance back up again. It won't take as long as think. Give it a few days or a week and you'll be right back where you were before your injury. Don't give up. You've done so well. Keep going Tony!

When was following the Body for Life program I did have one "free day" with that program. I liked it in the beginning because I felt like I had a day too look forward to so if I had a craving for ice cream I knew I could wait for my "free day" and have it. As time passed I soon realized that I was actually even watching…

My happy weight is 10 less then my goal weight.

My "used to be" weird snack habits: Movie theater popcorn and milk duds.... I also liked to add barbecue sauce to mac and cheese..
