YES!! I gained one pound and was sooo bummed! I have been eating great but wondering if my calories are too low. I "felt" thinner and was shocked when I got on the scale. However, I am not giving up!! Something good has to come out of this!

done!! Everyone was right...it does get easier! If you haven't done it yet today and are afraid to start because you are sore...just do it! It actually felt good to work those sore muscles. Of course, it might be a whole different story come tomorrow morning! LOL

Nice! I have a friend that rigged his treadmill up to be able to use his laptop on it while walking on the treadmill. I don't think I would go that far!

I think I am a minority in that I love the butt kicks, jumping jacks and jump rope. I HATE the squats and push-ups! I feel like I am doing some of the exercises incorrectly. I'll have to look for some tutorials online to see proper techniques.

Well, if you aren't even reaching 1200 calories now, if you change your calorie level, you totally won't be able to get to the new calorie goal.
