  • I'm in being doing it since 1 September plus 2 ltrs water; log MFP under 1200 calories per day and minimum of 30 minutes of exercise
  • In 2010 and 2011 I did comrades Ultra marathon 89kms took 11:49 hrs cut off is 12 hrs! Now I'm fat and unfit! What is C25k that so many of you make reference to?
  • I absolutely love red wine. My husband fetches me from work at 7 pm. When I get home I have a glass of red wine in a crystal glass and it thoroughly relaxes me. It would be ok but the problem is that even though I have only 2 glasses - it is unfortunately addictive ! So I want to give it up for a month and see how I do!

  • I had Pork Belly for supper tonight! It was absolutely delicious! Luckily I had lots of calories saved from the day 100gms is just under 300 calories!

  • Maybe you have a point.....just maybe! I never enjoyed red wine but I turned 40 and we had a very cold winter in Cape Town where I started drinking a glass every night! Initially I was indifferent to it! I then acquired the taste and now I absolutely love my red wine!
