New.

I joined MFP a week ago, & so far, I am loving it. It has really helped me get things into perspective, & why I was having problems with my weight. I wasn't really considering how many calories I took in, & now that I know more about it, I am much more careful & watching what I eat, & how many I'm taking in, & exercising more than I used to.

Nice to see so many people here with so many success stories! It certainly motivates me even more that I can do this & get back to where I was a year ago. :)

    Thank you! Definitely more motivated & more informed about all this. Plus I've been reading Jillian Michael's books & learning on top of all this, so it's really helping. Congrats on rejoining! :) Definitely. If you need any motivation, we're all here for you. :)
