I'm always looking for good low carb recipes. This would make a really good treat. Thanks for sharing!

This is absolutely nuts. "Could stand to lose a few lbs"...Please. She has a real women's body. It doesn't need to be "cut" or hard. I, like many others would not complain if I had her body. Yeah toned bodies are nice, too. But for her, I don't think she could look any better.

Is A Princess of Mars any good? I was considering reading that next.

The last book in the Hunger Games series, Mockingjay by Susan Collins. Awful. Just awful.

Well I don't know about MARRY, but could I just look at him in person and maybe touch him? Lol I like Ian Somerhalder (bad boy from Vampire Diaries) and Wanya Morris (Boyz II Men)--I would let him sing me into oblivion ANY day.

I'm barely under 5'6. I got down to 135 a few years back and felt great. That's also my Jr. High weight. I got up to 182 this Winter and am down to 160 now. I'd like to be at 130-135, that's my goal!

This post made my night! Swirl oatmeal, oh my heck I forgot it existed but I loved it! Pogs!!! Animaniacs, Doug, Arnold, Darkwing Duck and so many other cartoons. My friends' Troll dolls (never got to own one because my dad thought they were disgusting, lol). Young Leonardo DiCaprio...*sigh* growing up is hard.

I feel positive that I am the absolute biggest sweets junkie that ever existed (I'm the only one I know who actually DREAMS of some sort of sweet on a regular basis), and I am seriously addicted to food. Like someone else mentioned, I am also on a lower carb diet and I have to say that it is the only thing that's ever…

^^^^ What in the world is wrong with you?! (OBVIOUSLY never had their heart broken--not truly, at least) ^^^^ Anyway! I don't know how close you are with his brother, but I say you go and show him your support. And so what- go show off the fact that you look so great. You're sending the message that you've done just fine…

I'm going to watch this later since it's so long. :) Thanks for posting it!

Overeating isn't necessarily the worst thing I can do to myself. It's how I let myself feel afterwards. Guilt is a dangerous thing. If you let it, it will consume you. It fuels the cycle of overeating. Like you said, you've been doing great and you have a lot of motivation. You recognize a trigger food for yourself which…

I think that's a perfect idea. You can not, in any way go wrong by bringing flowers to a first date. Kudos to you for even considering it. It's respectful, shows interest and is always flattering. I would think you were very sweet if I was the girl, if I was any girl matter of fact. Go for it!

I've felt the same way for the past few months, for a number of reasons. I myself am at my heaviest weight and I'm sure that contributes to how I feel about myself. I found that I didn't care about myself at all. I don't take pride in my appearance, and talked to myself negatively all day. I've had to give a lot of thought…

This is useful information to me because I just barely heard about MIMs, and was very interested but unsure of the best ways to make them. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you!! I can't wait to try it. And the nutritional info, wow! :)

Perfect description! I'm not alone!

Wow, it's like I wrote this post myself. That's the boat I've been in for years. It's nice to know I'm not alone, I'm also curious to see what other people say.

You look really great! A 42 pound loss is amazing and it shows. Keep it up!

I've been experiencing the same thing. For 2 months I was losing and gaining the same 3 or so lbs. And I was doing everything right, as far as I could tell. I let the frustration get to me, and here I am- haven't worked out in about 2 weeks, and am not logging everything I eat. It feels horrible. I keep telling myself…

Thank you :)

Except for this past week when I hit a low, I was working out 6 days a week (Running, Zumba, Tae Bo, ChaLEAN Extreme, Turbofire, Power Yoga), and was staying within 100 calories of my goal, that's counting whatever exercise calories I was allotted. I continued that way for 2 months, save for about the last week.

I also did this while on the master cleanse. It was one of the worst physical experiences I have ever been through. And no one could pay me to do it again!!! Ugh. I don't think it's worth it. Use some good old psyllium husk. Anything, anything (!) but the salt water cleanse. I feel like vomiting just thinking about it.…

That's amazing. I can't say I'd be able to do the same right now. Way to go!!!

May this year be your healthiest and happiest yet!!!

Hello, welcome welcome!!! I love MFP because it lets you know that you are never alone. I joined in June and it's helped me out tremendously. I'm actually sticking to my exercise/diet plans now! Feel free to add me as a friend.

Enjoy it!!! That happens to me, too. Whenever I restrict my sugar for awhile. It's so addictive!
-
My goal is to lose 1 lb and to stay within my calorie limits all week. NOT treat the weekend like an eating free-for-all! Good topic.
-
I'm no nutrition expert but I am all too familiar with what you've described. And to my own heartbreak, I've found that sugar is a HUGE culprit in overeating and cravings. Try to lessen the sugar you consume for a week, just to prove a point to yourself. Continue if you see the benefits. You'd be amazed at how much less…

This is EXACTLY where I am right now. Well, except for the broken toe! This month has been stressful and at my son's birthday party yesterday I fell all the way off the wagon, and it's spawned more poor eating today. What are our options? Let the overeating consume us and stay off track? Our only choice is to pick back up…
