No, I'm kidding, maybe it's actually good.

I'm training for a running test in my PE class and today I was able to run a tiny little bit further in the same amount of time that I've been using. It's just a little bit of improvement, but I'm happy for it :)

Anyone can add me ;)

Welcome and good luck :)

This is amazing!! Great results!

Anyone can add me :) I'm 18

True. TNP doesn't like fish.

This is amazing!! I'm really happy for you. I can't wait to walk into a store and be able to try on whatever I want without wondering if they have my size or if it will cover my fatty parts well enough.

Your story is incredible :) Congratulations for all of those victories, I'm sure many more are to come!

Oh my god this was the funniest thing ever. Seriously, though. Thyroid problems can get really serious. We have no control over our naturally low metabolisms (or cause by diseases), hormone levels and genetic factors. It's harder for some people and they deserve respect for trying.

Truth is I'm 18 but I'm incredibly short. I won't try to do the 1100NET, it's too low. I think I'm going back to the 1200-1300 and see how it goes.

I used a calculator - http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html I listed my activity level as light exercise - I am a student so I don't move much, but I have a 90minute P.E class twice a week and I joined the gym today :) before that I'd jog 2 times a week.

Thank you very much for your help. I really wasn't enjoying eating 1100kcal/day. I will experiment and figure out what's a reasonable number for me.

I'm about to do mine. Yesterday I didn't feel the burn on my bum, I was feeling it all in my thighs, specially in the front.. I'm going to watch some videos about the correct form to make sure I'm doing it right :)

So... if MFP said my net calories should be 1200, why does my TDEE - 500 = 1400 ? I'm confused, how much should I eat? 1200 calories worth of food leave me feeling *hungry* in the days that I don't work out...

Here's my view on that: a) There must be some control in schools. Where I live and study there is obesity, but at lower rates, and every school that has a bar and cafeteria does the following: - the school bar has some snacks - they have sandwiches, fruit, yogurt and healthy fruit juice. They do sell some pastries, but…

I started taking it 2 moths ago and I'm losing weight, I don't think it's making me eat more. I do get stronger mood swings now, but I hope that that's just because I'm still getting used to it.

It's almost 11pm so it's 50 squats for me, shower and BED!! I'm a late starter on this challenge, clearly.

I still don't think that 12 year olds should have guns. Or touch them. Actually, I don't think they should have them around...

MFP suggested me 1200 net calories too, and I read some threads and some websites and decided to change that to 1100. However, I find it pretty hard to stay *under* 1100 - mainly because I don't exercise enough =/ I'm already at 1073 calories today and I won't be going to bed for 3 hours... and i'm hungry!

I can promise you I was super excited about the gym, and I want to go, I really really do. The biggest factor for me here is money, I'm a student and my parents would be paying for it, if I don't get results in two months (and I don't believe *a lot* will change in such a short period) I will feel like I'm wasting their…

I really agree with all of you when you say that diet is the key. As for exercise, I've been jogging for 30 minutes or doing some workout videos (I've tried Blogilates and Fitness Blender). However, working out at the gym is more exciting, specially because of the classes they offer, since I tend to go easy on the workout…

This is incredible! You changed so much, woow  amazing job, congrats!

Well done! That's amazing progress :)

Yes, I talked to them and they were super nice and said that I could just pay for May and June, take a break, and come back in September without any additional fees. I'm just scared I may waste all the money by gaining back the weight, or not losing at all...
