I'm going to try the cardio boxing routine today. I've been doing the regular cardio for about 3 months but I'm getting alittle bored with it and it's still way hard for me after the easy level.. wish me luck! and good luck to everyone with the game and your other goals :smile:

I took one called mega t ' and it did help take the edge off my appetite and gave me a little energy but I think it's mostly caffeine so it had side effects like insomnia and I lost weight because I exercise and cut calories.. not from the pill itself..

Congratulations and great job!! After sticking to my goals for 2 weeks I just shed my first 5 pounds.. even though I'm sure some people will say it was just water weight it sure feels good to see the scale going in the right direction and hopefully i'll be where you are in a couple weeks.. can't give up now :happy:

Thanks everyone.. I have cut out all junk food and most other high sugar processed food but will continue eat fruit only in moderation :smile:
