I just thought I would check in. I had almost forgot about this group.. It started out with a forum about first person to get out of the 180's and I started at 190 and weighed in today at 180 so I'm half way to the 20 pounds lost and finally almost out of the 180's.. hope everyone has success with their goals also !!…

eating fruit on a diet
They say you're supposed to eat several servings of fruit everyday but it' seems like if I have more then one piece I end up going way over my sugar limit ... is their a such thing as too much fruit?
