I recently read somewhere that measuring everything and logging every calorie can interfere with your bodies ability to sense hunger/fullness signals.. but I figure if I could trust my bodies signals I wouldn't have gained in the first place. lol.. So I measure most stuff.. but I'm getting better at eyeballing things I eat…

I have a friend who lost about 50 pounds on it but gained some back when going off the program.. I don't care much for shake diets as long term.. I drink one once on awhile when I don't have time to shop or prepare 'real' food.. and it's pretty pricey too and then they try to get you to sell it .. the whole thing seemed…

I'm not very religious.. I'd consider myself agnostic/ Buddhist but I was in NA and AA in the past and I try to apply the 12 steps and A day at a time model to my weight loss..

ya I took the one called mega T the first month of my diet and it did give me some energy and helped curb my appetite but that was because it's mostly caffeine.. and it didn't help the second month so I'm not taking it anymore.. plus I'm on anti depressants now so I didn't know it was safe to keep taking it

Great photos.. I started in the 180's and my goal is 140. I have also struggled with drug addictions and found your story very inspiring.. thanks for sharing.
