i am doing chalean extreme at home. it is nice because i can do it at home or take my book with me to the gym and do it there too.

The scale is going to fluctuate. Remember this is all about making lifestyle changes. Measure and your clothes are a better gauge than the scale.

I eat a lot of egg whites, tuna and salmon for protein. whole grain pasta with pesto is good too.

I started lifting heavy weights about 6 weeks ago and found that I am so hungry on those days! I was trying to stay at 1300 but I was still so hungry. I had plateaued and was getting really frustrated. That is when i added the weight lifting and I started to see results. I think I am going to add some calories now too…

be patient, which is easier said than done! but too realize you have to make a lifestyle change. if you go back to your old ways it will come right back. make small goals that will keep you motivated. : )

I always take my videos and bands with me when i travel. I can either do it in my hotel room or in the room I am staying at at families houses. I now take two bands because my friend wanted to join me after watching the video. : )

i am going to do my last burn circuit today and will start push on monday. Loving this one! I am anxious to do the measurements tomorrow and see what kind of results I am getting. I have completed two rounds of turbofire and wanted to incorporate some lifting. I just LOVE Chalene!!!

started Chalean Extreme 3 weeks ago and i have already lost 3 lbs. Hit a plateau so I decided to to try CLX and start tracking my food on MFP again. Next I will try the turbofire/ CLX hybrid. miss my turbofire!!!

Turbo jam and TurboFire!!!!! Love them they are so much fun. It is the first program I have ever stuck to.
