  • I stop WW too...Also quit working for them!!! This is great and FREEEEEEE!!!!! I had the same light bulb moment!! No, WW did help me lose 60 pounds. It is a great program... BUT after 8 years I needed a change!!! Hmmm... 29 PP or 1260!!!

  • Ditto..I was a WW member for years and did lose 60 pounds...But I am LOVING this much better!!! Something about seeing 1260 verses 29....(cal/Points plus). This did help me become more active and more aware of what I'm eating!!

  • I love it! I go on T/T at our local gym! I wish I had done it in the very beginning of my weight loss journey. Ive lost over a100 pounds and now will need skin removal!! All the exercise in the world wont tighten up all of me!! I think you will like it...Give it a try!! Good luck!!
  • I would log it as Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort....Most videos use a variety.
  • Just MY opinion, you might at first just till your body adjusts. Then it should level off. Don't be discouraged if it takes a couple of weeks of small gains..Just hang in there! Weight Watchers is great! I did it and lost 60 pounds!! Then I just decided I wanted to count calories instead of points...And I am losing that…

  • Welcome!!! You have made the first step!! Set small goals: -2 pounds,-5 pounds,-10 pounds.. Sometimes looking at the total amount is overwhelming!! Just be honest with yourself,stay consistent, and enjoy!!! You can do this!!! Good Luck!!
  • After doing Weight Watchers for several years, I need a change form counting "points"!!! Never thought counting 'Calories" would be easy...I LOVE THIS SITE!!!!
  • If you want to lose, don't eat ALL your burned calories...I did that one week and maintained. I eat fewer than 1/2 of them if I'm hungry!! Net is what you have eaten minus your exercise!!!
  • I love--LOVED mine..It has recently died after 6 years!! It has the chest strap. It was a Polar F6. I think they are around $100. Very user friendly.

  • I use the Peter Pan Whipped lower sugar PB.. 2 tbs every night with a granny smith apple!!!!! I WILL never give up PB ...Ill always find a way to work it in my program!! You can have ANYTHING in moderation!!!
  • That happened to me!!! So the next week I tried only eating 1/2 of my exercise cal. burned or none(depending on if I was hungry or not). Just hang in there!!
