Zig Zag to get off a Plateau??
I have been doing some research on the Zig Zag method. It makes sense by changing your calories to keep your body guessing. My question is, what happens on the days you work out? I'm not sure if you would go by NET calories for the day or what!!

Has anyone every used this method? I have been 'stuck" for several weeks. Im eating about 1200 a day. The REAL question I have about the zig-zag approach is what do you do about the calories you burn with working out?

SO I thought I would start counting my water. I am just not sure on a few things and Im not sure there is a REAL answer!
