Water/Flavored Water

SO I thought I would start counting my water. I am just not sure on a few things and Im not sure there is a REAL answer! So her it goes:

1) Does it have to be straight up water?

2) does Crystal Light count?

3) What about flavored 'Sparkling" water?

Just curious on what everyone else does!! T

  • My doctor told me it needs to be plain water, but I could add a lemon for flavor. She said the others could have additives that I don't need. I try to drink mostly water, but will use a Crystal Light for one or two 16 oz servings. I make sure there is no added sodium, which is my problem. There must be a sweetener in there though that I just have chosen to ignore :-) I am not a water drinker so this is how I get it in, eventually I will try for the plain water, but for now this is what works for me.

    I struggle to drink water full stop! I put Robinsons No Added Sugar cordial in mine - just a splash. I'm sure some will say it's not water but it's as good as it's going to get with me i'm afraid and I really do struggle with it, even like this!! :-)
