Agreed! It is amazing how the tracking notifies us of what we have been doing. I, too have broken some bad habits of what I was shoveling into my mouth. Good job so far and congrats on the downsizing of pants! That is a great feeling.

I agree with the measuring part. I have not been losing as quick as I want lately but yesterday, jeans that were very fitted 2 weeks ago were really baggy. I usually let it go, eat the minimum 1200 the next day and move my *kitten* more. I feel better witht the damage control and am back on track without too much punishment to my delicate confidence.
