Fatigue and leg cramps
Hi-Anyone have one or all of this? I started keto on Feb 13 and have had left leg cramps every night while sleeping. I find a food in the database with only "calories" listed in it. People, there is more to food then calories! Hello.... try sodium, potassium, vitamins and fiber to name a few. hot flashes returning and stalling weight loss
Hi- been doing great up until last 30 days, the hot flashes & insomnia returned after a 3 month break. Now I have been losing 2 pounds per week only to gain them back the next week. Feeling defeated and frankly bloated! Has anyone had the hot flash/plateau at the same time? I am wondering if they are connected.

I get the math and all that, however, I am so full already and 300 calories away from my bmr calorie load. So......now what? We are supposed to eat at least the bmr and mine is 1509 and I am at 1287 total with 983 leftover. Maybe I should have a glass of wine or something?

weight loss and night sweats?
I have been told that excess estrogen is stored in your fat cells and that when I am overweight I have more estrogen in my system. So, that being said, ever since the weight loss has started in the last 50 days I have been having increasing night sweats and some hot flashes too. Anyone else experience this?
