Good luck with it! I haven't tried what you are doing. But from what I understand, low weight with lots of reps isn't as effective has higher weight, lower reps - unless it's just toning and exercise you're after. From what I understand you need to aim for a weight where you are comfortable doing approx 8-12 reps. Then…

Tuna and rice, or tuna and pasta. Or something like baked beans, I have it on toast, but you don't want bread! Super Noodles (low fat ones). These are some of the things I go for if its low calories I'm aiming for. You could probably make something involving chichen and salad, and it would be quite low in calorie content.

Cheers :), a lot of good suggestions here guys. I'll go have a look for some of these things the next time I'm at the Supermarket. If I don't find them, I'll go to a health food shop for whey protein I think. Thanks again.
