Hi! I'm at the end of wk 2 of beta. I love T25! It's hard work, but totally worth it! Stick with it, modify when you need to, catch your breath when you need to, and you will love the results!

I'm not on keto, but I eat pretty low carb. I can't eat any dairy, eggs, or gluten due to food allergies. And I'm at the end of wk 2 of T25 Beta. If you're in alpha, hang in there! Beta is so much better to me!

I'm in my last week of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, then starting Focus T25 next week. I'm also doing c25k and counting calories, macros, overall better eating.

And from what I've read you can do T25 or Insanity even if you are just starting working out. There are modifications for all fitness levels...
