Honestly, this really upsets me. A gym is for people or all sizes. For him to do that is so disguisting. I agree with everyone else. I would have reported him immediately. I am sorry you went through that. Do not listen to him at all. Be proud of yourself for going in there and taking charge of your life!

Crazy, right? I need to do the same thing!

No, no medical reason. I guess my only concern is I have heard my mom keep talking about sugar. She is on weight watchers and they hound you about sugar she was saying. For example, eat greek yogurt, just not a flavored greek yogurt. I agree with that. However, I feel like I do not even eat sweet items. So you guys think…

I pay $44 a month. However, prices will vary depending on the area you live. Cities are going to be cheaper than a more rural area.

Yeah I saw the sensa commercial and I laughed so hard. That is some junk.

Welllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll I do not get the opportunity to play sports. I think a lot of people stick with these activites because as you get older sports aren't really around. Kids and teens usually have this option. I know there is meetup.com out there for things like this. I just think in our society to think…

In the mornings for a snack I bring some fruit. Then in the afternoon I usually have some almonds and green tea. I say check out Whole Food or Trader Joes for a power bar. I know there are some good options out there. Try and keep it natural. Don't want anything with a bunch of crap in it! Options for snacks: greek yogurt…

I personally do not believe in things like that. My friend uses it and it works. However, he also lifts weights like a maniac. I say try it. Everyone's body reacts differently. It may or may not work for you.

Mine all year is typically $105-$120. I live in North Carolina, in a 2 story house. In the summer I keep it on 72 and in the winter I keep it on 68. I prefer colder.

I am currently taking Welbutrin. I was on Lexapro 2 years ago and HATED IT! I felt like I was going crazy. I was moody, slept a lot, and I wanted to do nothing. However, I gained weight prior to my anti-depressant. I also had a lot go on during the past year that impacte dmy life and food was my comfort. I was taking…

If you want the best result, then you need to exercise. Exercise+diet=success.

That is completely normal. Evem the skinniest person still looks in the mirror and see something different. That my friend is our minds picking ourselves apart. Eventhough we are perfect, we still find or see flaws. I do it as well.

Wow, you look awesome!

I remember when I was a teen and lived at home. I had no gym. I would watch FIT tv and do the work outs. It was a free way of getting a good work out! Youtube also offers to much out there. The possibilities are endless!

People say you can count it. However, I just feel like this defeats the purpose of actually drinking water. Adding chemicals to something pure is never good for your body in the long run. I suggest keeping everything at it's natural state.

Hmm, I say 42.

I say Fast Food is horrible. BUT if that is you're craving it, then why not? As long as it fits in your diet then go for it! Clearly, one everyday will only kill you. Once a week as treat would be fine. Go for it!!!!

I agree. Pumped with sodium generally :/

I am a vegetarian so I skip the meat anyways. Appetizers are usually a good option. Hummus and pita? Or maybe even spinach dip and veggies. You have a lot of options. I typically tell the serves to trade out food for something. Also, fish. Fish is so healthy and good for you.
