My feet went up a size while I was pregnant and then back down once I lost the weight, so I wouldn't be surprised if they go down a little but I think once the weight has "flattened" your feet they won't magically shrink.

I totally feel that way. I think I look great, I feel great and then I see the pics after and I almost cry! I just keep going. I know that if I work hard and keep motivated eventually I will be able to look at those pics and not feel fat and ugly.

I did the same thing. I think that when you start exercising and eating right your metabolism works faster and you also require less sleep so your body is waking up after its rested so you can eat and start moving!

I ate normal and didn't up my calorie intake and was able to nurse all 4 of my kids the first yr of their life. I also pumped after feeding in the beginning to build up a supply to freeze for daycare. I never had any probs loosing weight while nursing or loosing my milk from lack of calories. a week for me too. I started drinking shakeology and was able to cut out all soda and even coffee too because of the energy it gave me! And trust me I'm always tired. I have 4 kids!

I'm no professional and I've done the 30DS. I'm now doing P90X. I don't think it's bad for you to do the same routine but I think changing it up helps you loose faster. And 30DS does change the routines so your not on the same one for too long, and they do get harder! I like Jillian and have been using her workout videos…

Change up your workout routine, make it interesting and add weight. muscle burns fat even while resting. You can go to beachbody.com they have workout sheets you can print off. Also I can tell you how many calories I burn doing the workouts if you want. At least it'll give you something to go off. I also just created my own exercise with P90X and put in what calories I burned, then adjust as needed.

I'm also doing P90X. You do the ab ripper x after every strength training like chest and back, arms and shoulders, etc. I do it right after the first video to get it done, I don't want to "get busy" and not do it later, plus your already in your workout clothes and hot and sweaty!

I have the same problem. Some weeks are good some aren't. I have no idea why. I was doing great doing cardio, and running. I started P90X and have actually gained weight. Let me know if you find any good answers! I'm at a loss.

I do, I also drink water with Mio. I have a very hard time drinking plain water so any little flavor I can add to it helps me. I just don't count any of the other "sport" drinks.

I do the beachbody programs and my calorie intake is only 1200. I've been loosing an avg of 2.5-3 lbs a week. In fact I'm getting ready to do a 90 day P90X challenge with some other peeps I also use shakeology which helps a lot too.
