I just turned 50 in July lost 16 pounds than started on mfp in june, I have lost 16 more pds since starting here in June, Went from a size 12 in pants to a 4/6 and 1x in tops now in m/l. Still have another 26 pds to go, love the support and all the wonderful information, I exercise 5 days a week and am really getting into…

Dinner..chicken breast (grilled) mashed sweet potatos and a cucumber with mushroom cold salad with light ranch dressing..it was yummy and filling

I usually have calories left expecially when I've had a good workout day, I don't eat all my calories back, when I go to bed hungry I wake up with a flatter stomach and I love that sight, too bad it only lasts for a short amount of time in the morning, Oh well one of these days I'm hoping it will stay flat lol

Thanks everyone, I do drink a lot of water just forget to log it in, and I need that 1 or 2 cans of diet caffine free diet coke (lol) per day hopefully I can get to the point to let go of it... I'm on a water pill everyday for my heart so I'm confused about the sodium..I wil not give up it is just a slow learning process

I'm a smoker but thought I would work on losing the weight first and than try to quit, it would be way to hard to eat good and not smoke at the same time... One thing at a time for me....

Turkey burgers are yummy on the grill also fish with lots of fresh squeezed lemon, also try a tomato basil wrap with your chicken

Thanks all, I had lost 16 pds before starting with MFP, and yes the first pds came off alot quicker, it is just really neat to see calories in and out with this program sure makes me get up and moving. got laid off from my job 1 yr ago and haven't been able to find work. This is keeping me from really getting depressed.

I don't think you will feel deprived, you will start to find other healthy food that you will love. I used to love hamburgers ,now one of my new favorite food is turkey burgers on the grill, I have not cheated and I have found a lot of foods that I really love now, much different foods than I use to eat

yes it will be for a week over 4th of July. Celebrating my 50th birthday, I'm just hoping I won't go over my calories and gain the weight I just lost. I guess I'll just have to feel really confident that I know what to eat so I'll won't go over my calorie count. I will write everything down and log in when I returned and…
