Not the size I want to be too small but still not at a healt
Need some advice...I'm 50 yr old woman started at 173 and now 136-138, down to a size 2 pants and medium top but I'm not still at a healthy weight.. still need to lose about 15 more pds to put me in the healthy range for my height with is 5' 2. What do I do to not go down in sizes but still lose the pounds, any advice…

BMR is 1,197 so how many calories should I have ??
Hi, I'm 5'1 1/2 in. 50 years old and current weight is between 139 to 141, MFP set me at 1200 calories a day even at a 0.5 weight loss per week, I'm confused as to how many calories I should have per day . I've been at 1200 and have not seem to lose weight any suggestion !

This could only happen to me !!
So I have a dinosaur non digital scale that I have been using for the last 4 month, my friend gave me a digital (with the times) scale, and just my luck I weigh 2 pds more on it.. So I'm not a happy person now, Well off to try to lose the 2 pds so my weight is in sink

1200 calories is not right !
Hi, I'm 50 yrs old and 5' 1 1/2 in. and 141 pounds. When I plugged in all my #'s my maintain calories = 1356, so in order to lose weight, I should only be having 856 calories per day is that correct ? I starting at 173 pds, and normal range should be approx. 115 pounds. thanks for any suggestions

Calories burned on MFP need answers Please
Me and and friend of mine who is also on mfp played a round of single tennis for 60 mins, according to when I logged in it say calories burned where 519, and when she logged it in it told her she burned 849, same amount of time how and why is take possible, thanks

My new goal dress, what do you think

Finally the scale doesn't say 150
after over 2 weeks the scale finally moved to 149 Yeh, was going a little bit crazy cause I wasn't losing, but I never gave up !! :wink:

2 weeks and no weight loss bummed
Well I lost weight the 1st month now nothing, have been excersing more and eating great (I think) never go over my calorie count, but have not lost nothing in 2 weeks, pretty bummed And it's not like I don't have much to loss at least 30 pds to go Help Please
