Celebrate the 6 pound loss and continue what you are doing. It is fantastic!!!!!

Don't concentrate on the number on the scale so much as concentrating on how you feel and how your clothes are fitting.

First off, congrats on your 6 pound loss!!!

Two pounds a week of loss would have been 4 pounds in 14 days... so 6 pounds in 16 days is pretty awesome! You are working hard... You got this! 25 pounds is falling off of you as we speak (or should i say type- =)

EXCELLENT work!!! You should feel stoked about losing that weight! I bet you can see the difference already.

If your pace slows down a bit (not saying that it will, but if it does), listen to Jade's advice above...don't concentrate on the number on the scale, focus on how your clothes fit and more importantly how you feel.

    Cheers to your body transformation!

I wouldn't be too concerned. The biggest losses generally come when you first start. Then you will most likely get into a steady 1-2 pounds. Celebrate this as a nice reward for changing old habits, but remember it may not always come off this easy. Don't get frustrated or give up!

Thanks all, I had lost 16 pds before starting with MFP, and yes the first pds came off alot quicker, it is just really neat to see calories in and out with this program sure makes me get up and moving. got laid off from my job 1 yr ago and haven't been able to find work. This is keeping me from really getting depressed.
