sometimes it feels hard other times it feels like loose skin, I'm not sure how to tell the difference between fat and loose skin

the problem is my belly still look like I'm 6 month preg. so I know that's where the extra fat it but it does not seem to go away but everywhere else has....

I've seen the changes in the parts I didn't want to lost 34 lbs, no boobs, no butt and no legs, still have this big fat belly tho lol

When I look in the mirror I don't see a difference but my clothes went from sz 12 pants to sz 4 and top 1x to M, I've lost 34 lbs. But this belly will just not go away and my kids are 26 and 23 yrs old.

I have at least 20 lbs more to lose to be in healthy range, when I have eaten my exercise calories back I have gained weight, I measure all food and record all. I play tennis 4 days a week for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs each time also do core and weight exercise, walk and bike ride depending on weather. So I feel like I don't know…

Yes I did it last week and gained 2 lbs, my son has a degree in exercise science and he is trying to help me, we have pretty much tried everything, it may just be that I'm one on the unfortunate ones who need to eat less than 1200 calories a day to lose and not eat my exercise calories

My weight lose has stopped for the last 2 month and I still have 20 or lbs to lose, I gain weight when I eat my exercise calories, I have been so depressed lately I don't want to eat at all...but I just keep plugging along something has got to give !!

I've lost 33 lbs went from sz 12 to sz 4/6 and top 1X to M, it seems like i would buy something and before I wore it is was too big, I guess it is different for everyone..

If your on a 1200 calories per day, but your not suppose to go below, than how would you get off your plateau when you shouldn't eat less ???

I so agree, I'm kinda getting tired of people saying you have to eat 1200 and not any less. My Doc said for my size 800 to 1000 is what I should have, so people need to stop telling people they are in starve mode because we are not !!

I made this for dinner tonight it was yummy , I used ground turkey instead of beef, served it over toasted wheat bread.

Thanks all, and I don't understand the 1200 calorie thing for someone who is tall,all the talk is about stavation mode, I know when i'm starving and I'm not with 1200 calories at all. I'm just going to try to get as close to 1200 and maybe eat some of my exercise back if I hungry...

I just turn 50 yrs in July, after losing 32 pds I went from a sz 12 in pants to a 4/6 and a 1x in tops to a m/l, I'm 5'1 in. and 141 now, my goal weight is 115, wondering what size I will be, a 0 ...lol hope not cause that seems really small, the main problem area is my tummy...
