Hi, I'm 5'1 1/2 in. 50 years old and current weight is between 139 to 141, MFP set me at 1200 calories a day even at a 0.5 weight loss per week, I'm confused as to how many calories I should have per day . I've been at 1200 and have not seem to lose weight any suggestion !

It is suggested that when you don't have a lot to lose that you should not eat less than your BMR. So saying this are you eating 1200 total or 1200 Net (1200 plus what you burn from exercise), the the amount you should have is 1200 Net.
If you do eat your exercise cals back, how do you calculate calories burned? (MFP and machines tend to over estimate)
Are you measuring and weighing your food to ensure you are eating what you think to are eating?0 -
I have at least 20 lbs more to lose to be in healthy range, when I have eaten my exercise calories back I have gained weight, I measure all food and record all. I play tennis 4 days a week for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs each time also do core and weight exercise, walk and bike ride depending on weather. So I feel like I don't know what to do at this point !0
