Drink lots of water and eat in moderation. You could even calculate the different foods ahead of time and decide if you really want to eat more than a single serving of each-- if that. Pick the fruits and vegetables, the whole foods, with just smaller amounts of the others.

Recognize that you're not just your weight. Letting it vary by three pounds is absolutely normal. The sodium intake and water weight can cause that little difference. No one sees it. EVER. I asked my husband, "Can I have a tummy tuck when I get down to my goal weight?" I've lost 15.8 lbs. and went from a size 20 to a size 16. 2X down to a comfy XL. Every body is different though. I'm 5' 5" and 209 lbs. I kind of doubt I'd continue a pant size every 10 lbs. From what I learned on Fat2FitRadio podcasts the magic number of calories for losing weight is eating at 20% above your BMR. I was really scared to increase mine that high. But I'm surprised that it really worked! Good for you Ashley! That's awesome!
