  • Vinyasa yoga!!! Occasionally I go to a power yoga class, but vinyasa is definitely my favorite. And it burns A LOT of calories - don't be fooled by people who have no idea what yoga is!
  • haven't tried the jelly, don't want to buy it - but i will if i must! it's as tight as it can go, unfortunately. and should i just turn off my hrm after the aerobic part of each class, then? i mean, when we do vinyasas in between seated poses my heart rate goes up for a bit...
  • wearing it underneath clothing sounds like it'll definitely help, and it's good to hear all the positive experiences. thanks, all! and yeah, i do vinyasa & power yoga, so i'm sweating like crazy throughout class - can't wait to figure out how many calories i burn!
  • It doesn't track calories burned for strength training. If you were working vigorously, you can go under cardio and add calisthenics. The strength training is more for you to keep track of what you did.
