Hi. I'm Jordan and these are my June Goals: 1) Give up casual drinking. 2) Exercise at least a little bit every single day. 3) Eat smaller meals more frequently (including more protein and less carbs).

I work at a coffee shop and I know what you are talking about, but it isn't curdling it's actually just separating. What we do to keep it from doing this is to temper the ingredients or heat them up together. I don't know if it is possible for you to do that at home, but if you can figure out a way...I would try it.

I love kale chips! Lightly seasoned. It's true, they are nothing like potato chips, but they are addicting like potato chips and fun to eat!
