I will get some measurements up then i think, see how they change over time, hopefully i can get down to a size where i can go into a shop and expect to actually see my waist size on the rails lol

Its great that i can put my weight as 276.8 in the tracker thing now then, im amazed. Going to have to go on a "diet supermarket shop" getting me some stuff like chicken breast and some nice crispy lettuce and some interesting soups! I've tried dieting before and i always seem to become totally addicted to getting on the scales, im talking 2 or 3 times a day, i find it really hard to not weigh myself for more than a day, any tips there?! Maybe have the wife take the scales to work lol

To be honest I havent had any water as i dont really like it, odd i know. Suppose im going to have to get that sorted.
