do what helps you....in the morning before i go to the gym, im lucky to get a cup of coffee in. i eat 4-6 meals a day...with a protein drink after i go to the gym. im lucky if i get breakfast on my rest days... and ps. jac, i hope this is a serious question. :flowerforyou:

I would take smaller clothes any day of the week...the scale is on a slow, slow, decline...but the inches are coming off faster than i thought...I like new clothes.

I guess i am forever trashy...I have many tattoos, all original, all thought out over a period of time and all have a special meaning....most of the time they are covered up due to work, but whatever.... TRASHY is your opinion and we are all entitled to one.

I could care less what the other girls there are doing. I am there to be competitive with myself and achieve the goals i have set before myself. IF, and that is a big if, the other girls want to compete against me they can....but i am there for myself, not them.

at my heaviest i was a 48 D.......with the weight loss i am a 38-40DD....but they are slowly starting to shrink :sad:
