I started at 260 and if i don't get back on track and fast i am gonna be back there. Haven't been on scale in a minute i guessing i am back up to about 230. I am lacking motivation right now and need all the help and support i can get.

i agree with this 100% Why does a bag of chips cost 99 cents and a bag of apples is 3.49? It is ridiculous thats for sure.

I know that alot of the nutritional information is put in by us (MFP users), if something doesn't seem right to me i always double check on a site like calorie king. Some restaurants have the nutritional values on their websites. Hope this is of some help. Have a great day!

I want to feel better and get more active. I am approaching 50 and have been struggling with this way to long!

From my experiences in the past if i can get thru the first 3 days and not eat at night i get in the "habit" so to speak and today is day 3. I have saved calories so i can have a fat free yogurt as a snack about an hour or two before bed, alot of water and the tea is a great idea. Thanks for your support.

That was great and the one about thinking about exercise burns between 0 and 0 calories was what i needed to read. I am going to exercise now. I agree kicking ppl when they are down is not the way to go. This site is designed to help us all and offer a way for us to support each other. my highest weight was 260 then dropped 48 lbs using MFP, got off track and gained 7 lbs back. Just getting back on MFP and am committed for the new year!! I know when i use this site faithfully it works!

This is my story too up and down up and down. Do great for a while then when i see progress i start to slack! I am turning 50 this year and really want to get this weight off for health reasons. I have recommited to the healthy eating and to MFP!

Right now my goal is to get back on track, i have been off MFP for quite sometime and just logged back in. I have had success with site before, losing 48lbs, i have gained 7lbs back since i got off track, it feels like much more but the Dr. scale says 7 so i am going with that..
