Thanks for the reminder Molly, i was just sitting here thinking of all the things i have to do today and guess what, i was not in the mix. i love to do the pool workouts, i may not follow exactly as others but i do the jogging, laps, and alot of treading water. also reverse sit up using the noodle, may not feel it immediately but trust me you will LOL wow and the cals burned are alot more than i feel like i have burned. alot of support on here but i have to say my friends, Molly and Becky. This is my second time using this site to loose weight, the first time i got complacent and quit logging in and it was a disaster, Molly and Becky welcomed me back and have been HUGE support. It helps me not to weigh but once a month or even every two months cause i get discouraged if i don't see but a lb or two gone. Also I feel that I am eating "normal" if i am not jumping on the scale and worrying about what it says. I don't feel so much like i am "dieting" so to speak"

I am definitely in!!! These past few days have been hard, ever since last sat when i got off track at a fundraiser, i have not caught up yet. Having trouble getting back on track.

personally i do not weigh until i go to Dr. which is once a month or every two months. This works for me. Here is my reasoning behind itThis is just me. if i weigh and don't see a loss or only a lb or 2, i get very discouraged and quit. Have done that for years. resulting in never being successful in my weightloss.…

I have been contemplating doing this as a cleanse, i believe water is the best body cleanser. also the focus and like you said clearing the negativity from the mind is a great thing. I do meditation at least daily and follow that with positive thinking exercise, works wonders. :flowerforyou:

On my last Dr. visit my Dr. was impressed also, even had one of her staff go log onto MFP and check it out. She is now recommending it to ppl over the weightloss surgeries everyone around here is wanting. Thinking they are a miracle cure. I know for some ppl surgery is necessary, but in this area it seems everyone wants it…

I log everything. I sometimes think I am now addicted to MFP, cause i will be in bed about to go to sleep and i will remember something i didn't log and have to get up and log it in!!! I have to or i will get complacent and end up gaining the weight back like i always have in the past

ahhhhh do i have to?? LOL great post. i don't know for me weighing even weekly gets depressing. For me if i just stick to my eating plan and weigh when i go to the Dr. , i see more progress and for some reason the amount of time it took to get me there doesn't matter but if i weigh to often and only see a pound or two…

Thanks so much Molly, i am a big one on the positive thinking thing. My mind can tell me anything and if i let it run the comittee in my head will call a board meeting and then well i don't do so well with things but if i can catch those negative things quickly, i can turn my thinking to a positive mode and i am on my way…

cleaning the house with some extra movements thrown in there, maybe stretch a little further, really mop the floor LOL!!! Every other day i just clean whew it is not fun i might add. :flowerforyou:

Thanks Molly!!! That was definitely a right on time post for me. I have felt like i am lacking in the exercise department somewhat these last few days. My energy level has been down , imagine that. Glad you are back. I am also an "old newbie" This time however i am here to stay. I had alot of success last time on MFP, got lazy and quit logging in and a disaster ensued. So I am logging in everyday, first thing i do is pull up MFP so it is visible on my computer, works for me so far. We can do this!!!!:flowerforyou:
