my calories are 1200 and when i feel like i need to i eat my exercise calories back. i think i need some more carbs though....im crashing after workouts

Pulled chicken 3lb frozen chicken breast 1 bottle franks red hot 1 ranch dressing packet Cook low all day 6-8 hours . Place chic ken breast on plate to pull apart the toss back into sauce in crock pot Serve with lettus as lettuce wrap!!
